If you and your crew are looking to book a Paint n Sip party together, Brushes n Bubbly is your jam!

A Paint n Sip party is the perfect way to celebrate a loved one’s birthday, bring the sports club together, throw a hens night or even for team building with colleagues.

Every booking is unique for each occasion, and we can work in with your requirements. Booking a paint n sip party is a unique way to have fun while bonding all the while enjoying a cheeky bubbly or two.

Our BYO policies are dependent on the venue. This can be worked out during the booking process.

Paint n Sip Availability

Wednesday & Friday 6:30pm – 9:30pm | Saturday & Sunday 2pm – 5pm | Sunday 11am – 2pm

Start times can be modified with enough notice, but (for now) these are the only days available to book events. Please contact us for any additional requests and we’ll try to accommodate.

The Finer Details

• Minimum cost for a paint n sip party is $650.
• Priced at $65 per person for all sessions with a minimum of 10 paid seats.
• Maximum of 30 painters.
• If you can't make the minimum, consider joining our open and general sessions. It’s a great vibe and you can still enjoy your party!
• Contact us directly at brushesnbubbly@outlook.com to book in advance.
• Duration: 2.5 - 3 hours + Set up (1hr) & pack down time (.5hr)
• We provide the canvas, brushes, paint, easel, apron, music (unless you have your own of course!) and step-by-step guidance.
• We’ll need access to water & an area to set up our paints and easels. Please ensure there is adequate table space for each person and their easel/canvas.
• BYO Beverages & Food is subject by location. We can discuss this during the booking process.
• You can choose one of our existing artworks from the Gallery on our website. However,      new artwork may be commissioned for your event for a fee of $50. Please note that artwork created specifically for an event can/will be used for  future paint n sip events.
• All ages are welcome at Paint n Sip parties however most events are suited to      15 years and older. Only those over 18 will be allowed to consume alcohol and children must be accompanied by an adult.
• We are a South of the River based business and love to operate within the suburbs of Canning Vale, Langford, Thornlie, Gosnells, Lynwood, Huntingdale, Armadale, Cannington and surrounding. If we need to travel further than normal, there will be a travel fee.

Booking Policy

The number of painters can be changed (with the minimum at 10 paid seats) free of charge until 7 days prior to the event when final payment is due.

• Cancelling or rescheduling the booking, or withholding final payment, may result in loss of deposit.
• $400 non-refundable deposit is to be paid upon request and the final payment made 7 days prior to the Paint n Sip party.
