Brushes n Bubbly – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Brushes n Bubbly events, including private paint parties, public sessions, and special events. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Private Booking & Event Terms

Availability

Paint & Sip Private Parties are available on:

  • Wednesday & Friday: 6:30pm – 9:30pm

  • Saturday & Sunday: 11am – 2pm | 2pm – 5pm | 6:30pm – 9:30pm

Start times may be adjusted with advance notice. For bookings outside these times, please contact us directly.

Booking Policy for All Paint Parties

  • A $400 deposit is required within 15 days of invoice to secure your event.
  • Final payment is due 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
  • You may adjust the number of painters (subject to minimums) until 7 days prior to the event.
  • Cancelling or rescheduling the booking, or withholding final payment, may result in loss of deposit. Please allow 14 days’ notice for rescheduling.


2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No Show Policy

Cancellations

  • You may cancel a session with at least 72 hours’ notice for a full refund or to receive a credit coupon to use for a future session.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If Brushes n Bubbly cancels a session (e.g., due to low attendance), you will receive a full refund. Minimum attendance for public sessions is 10 participants.

Reschedules

  • If you need to reschedule within 2 to 6 hours of the session, a $20 reschedule fee per seat applies.

  • A credit coupon will be issued, valid for 6 months.

No Shows

  • If you miss your session or request a change within 2 hours of the start time, you will be marked as a no show and are not eligible for a refund or credit.


3. Event Types & Pricing

Paint & Sip Events (Public)

  • Priced at $65 – $75 per person

  • Minimum of 10 paid seats

  • Sessions last up to 3 hours

  • Suitable for ages 15+ (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult)

  • Alcohol is strictly limited to guests 18+

Private Paint & Sip Parties (Home or Venue)

  • Minimum cost: $650

  • Standard rate: $65 per person (min. 10 participants, max. 30)

  • Duration: 2 – 2.5 hours + 1 hour set-up + 30 minutes pack down

  • Includes: Canvas, paint, brushes, aprons, easels, music, professional instruction

  • Venue must provide: Running water, tables, chairs, power access

  • Travel outside our standard service area may incur a travel fee

  • Choose from our existing Gallery artworks or commission custom artwork for $50

Shorty Paint Sesh & Kids Paint Sessions

  • Priced at $55 per person (min. 10 participants)

  • Minimum cost: $550

  • Duration: 90 minutes + 1 hour set-up + 30 minutes pack down

  • Custom artwork tailored to the session available upon discussion

  • Suitable for teenagers and above


4. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards purchased through our website do not expire

  • Gift cards from giveaways or competitions may have a separate listed expiry

  • Gift cards can be used toward any Brushes n Bubbly service


5. Alcohol, Conduct & Behaviour Policy

  • Alcohol consumption is only permitted for guests 18+

  • Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. This includes:

    • Abusive or indecent language or actions

    • Vandalism (e.g., throwing paint)

    • Theft or threatening behaviour

  • Offenders will be asked to leave. Security or police may be called if necessary

  • Respect for staff, guests, and property is expected at all times


6. Venue & Travel Requirements

  • We are based South of the River and service:

    • Canning Vale, Langford, Thornlie, Gosnells, Lynwood, Huntingdale, Armadale, Cannington and surrounding

  • Travel beyond these areas may incur an additional travel fee

  • For all private events, we require:

    • Access to water

    • Adequate table and seating space

    • Power source

    • Clear, safe set-up environment


7. Artwork Policy

  • Customers can choose from our Gallery artworks at no cost

  • Commissioning a new artwork for your event will incur a $50 design fee

  • Commissioned artworks may be used again in future public sessions


8. Allergen Disclaimer

Customers bringing food to sessions should be aware that:

  • Other guests or venues may bring food that contains or has come into contact with common allergens including nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, fish or shellfish

  • We strive to reduce risks but cannot guarantee allergen-free environments


9. General Policies

  • Seating requests will be considered but not guaranteed

  • Late arrivals: We allow a 10-minute grace period. Sessions begin promptly

  • Please wear appropriate clothing. Paint may stain clothing and accessories

    • We do not take responsibility for damage to personal items or clothing
