About Private Events
About Private Events
- You supply the venue of your choice, in your budget.
- Duration: 2 - 2.5 hours + Set up (1hr) & pack down time (.5hr)
- 2.5 - 3 hr painting session.
- All Art Materials supplied.
- Minimum cost for a paint n sip party is $690.
- Priced at $69 per person for all sessions with a minimum of 10 paid seats.
- Maximum of 30 painters.
If you can't make the minimum, consider joining our open and general sessions. It’s a great vibe and you can still enjoy your party!

- Canvas - which you get to take home!
- We’ll need access to water & an area to set up our paints and easels. Please ensure there is adequate table space for each person and their easel/canvas.
Booking Process
Booking Process
- Select your painting or contact hello@brushesnbubbles.com for a custom artwork.
- The number of painters can be changed (with the minimum at 10 paid seats) free of charge until 7 days prior to the event when final payment is due.
- A $400 deposit is required to secure the date and time for your event.
- Cancelling or rescheduling the booking, or withholding final payment, may result in loss of deposit. Please allow 14 days’ notice for rescheduling.
- Final payment must be made no less than 7 days prior to your Paint n Sip Party.

- If you are booking for adults, we suggest our standard Paint n Sip Private Party.
- Not sure you want to do the full 2.5 hour session, the Shorty Paint Sesh package is for you.
