About Private Events
You supply the venue of your choice, in your budget.
Duration: 2.5 - 3 hours painting session + Set up (1hr) & pack down time (.5hr)
All Art Materials supplied.
Minimum cost for a paint n sip party is $690.
Priced at $69 per person for all sessions with a minimum of 10 paid seats.
Maximum of 40 painters.
If you can't make the minimum, consider joining our open and general sessions. It’s a great vibe and you can still enjoy your party!

We’ll need access to water & an area to set up our paints and easels. Please ensure there is adequate table space for each person and their easel/canvas.
Booking Process
The number of painters can be changed (with the minimum at 10 paid seats) free of charge until 7 days prior to the event when final payment is due.
A $400 deposit is required to secure the date and time for your event.
Cancelling or rescheduling the booking, or withholding final payment, may result in loss of deposit. Please allow 14 days’ notice for rescheduling.
Final payment must be made no less than 7 days prior to your Paint n Sip Party.

If you are booking for adults, we suggest our standard Paint n Sip Private Party.
