Cancellations
- You may cancel a session with at least 72 hours’ notice for a full refund or to receive a credit to use for a future session.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If Brushes n Bubbly cancels a session (e.g., due to low attendance), you will receive a full refund or store credit. Minimum attendance for public sessions is 10 participants.
Reschedules
- If you need to reschedule within 2 to 6 hours of the session, a $20 reschedule fee per seat applies.
- A Store credit will be issued, valid for 12 months.
No Shows
- If you miss your session or request a change within 2 hours of the start time, you will be marked as a no show and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
