Designed to run for 2 - 3 hours, this session is all about keeping it fun, creative, good music, great company, and a canvas ready for your creativity.

Private sessions give you a personalised paint party tailored to your group.
You provide your preferred location — a space you love, whether that’s a private room, a backyard, function centre or rented venue.

Age Restrictions
Age Restrictions
- Adult Paint n Sip / Private Events: 16+ (teens 16–17 must attend with an adult)
- Kids & Family Events: Ages 8+
- Age requirements may vary slightly depending on the venue and type of party.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Deposit: A $400 deposit is required to secure your private event date and time.
Final Payment: Final balance must be paid no later than 7 days before your event.
Cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule your event with less than 14 days’ notice, you may forfeit your deposit and payment already made.
Rescheduling: We’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests with appropriate notice, but changes less than 14 days before the event may result in loss of deposit.
No Refunds for No‑Shows: Payments are generally non‑refundable if you choose not to attend the event without proper notice.
Exceptional Circumstances: If Brushes n Bubbly must cancel or significantly change your event due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered a credit or refund as appropriate.
